  Sent in a wide selection of Pokémon cards in mint/near mint condition. I then got an email when they had arrived stating that they would not be accepting the majority of them. I emailed back inquiring as to why, only to be told that my cards were damaged on one side, and/or they had been input wrong on the website. I decided to leave it at that, obviously disappointed, but believing that they had been ruined in the post. I have now received my rejected cards back in the post this morning, and the majority are not damaged on one side at all! They are completely perfect. However, I have noticed that some of my cards are MISSING (mainly my first editions), and a few have been swapped for Big Orbit's own DAMAGED stock of cards. I can spot a couple that are not even the same type of card I sent in! That is theft! I completely and utterly disgusted with this company and will not be recommending them.
